Ordered this for my sister who is short. It was still cropped on her! So I had to return it and pay return shipping. On another note, I ordered a jacket off of here for my nephew and paid for express shipping on Dec 21st. He did not receive it until after New Years Day. So why did I pay for express shipping?!
